Research shows that preventative dentistry delivered on a regular basis greatly reduces the risk of dental disease and provides a platform for a lifetime of improved oral health. We encourage such an approach and with this in mind we have designed our dental care plan to reward loyal patients, allowing us to plan your dental care more effectively, to provide the best chance of keeping you dentally fit and reduce the need for future treatment.
When you join the plan, you will have the peace of mind that all your preventative dental care will be covered by convenient monthly payments. Our plan also provides worldwide Supplementary Insurance for dental emergencies or dental injuries whilst at home or abroad (see overleaf)

Our plan is designed for patients who wish to attend the practice on a regular basis and have peace of mind that their preventative dental care is covered. In addition you will benefit from other exciting complimentary offers at no extra charge.

Level 1 is £16.50 per Month. Assessment is not required:

• two dental health examinations per year
• up to two hygienist appointments per year including scale and polish and periodontal advice
• two x-rays
• 5 % discount on treatment fees
• diet and oral hygiene advice
• membership card with 24 hour helpline numbers for dental emergencies at home or abroad
• worldwide Supplementary Insurance (see overleaf)

Level 2 Assessment is required prior to monthly fee calculation:

• two dental health examinations per year
• routine hygiene treatment as per category
• all necessary intra-oral x-rays
• replacement fillings with necessary new fillings done in amalgam on posterior teeth and white fillings on front teeth
• 10% discount on white fillings on posterior teeth
• 15% discount on treatment involving laboratory work such as crowns, bridges, inlays and dentures
• 5% discount on cosmetic and implant work
• membership card with 24 hour helpline numbers for dental emergencies at home or abroad
• worldwide Supplementary Insurance (see overleaf)

Treatment not covered by this plan can be paid for separately.
Your dentist will advise you which option best suits your needs.

For level 1 all you have to do is complete a registration form and Direct Debit mandate. For Level 2 an assessment is required. If you choose to leave the plan for any reason you can do so by simply giving us one month’s notice. A one off joining fee is payable at registration.
