If you are a new or existing patient and have a Dental Emergency, we want you to be examined the same day, during surgery hours. Please call the practice for an appointment.
Should you require a Dentist outside of normal surgery hours, please call the practice and a message will be relayed advising you how to contact the on-call Dentist.

We work closely with you and your family to maintain good Dental Health from an early age. Children up to the age of 16 receive free examinations if a parent is registered at the practice and attends for regular dental examinations. We have various joint Dental care plans that will suit most family budgets.

We are committed to you and to maintaining your healthy mouth. We always monitor your dental needs and believe a problem diagnosed early is a problem halved, thus we encourage six monthly examinations.

We want you to continue to enjoy your youthful smile so we favour tooth coloured (white) restorations to strengthen and promote your Dental wellbeing. White fillings are less noticeable than silver (amalgam) fillings, which turn black in the mouth. White fillings come in a range of shades so they can be matched to the colour of your own teeth.

You can sometimes have inlays or onlays instead of fillings to repair damaged teeth. Inlays and onlays are made in a laboratory and are generally made from porcelain or composite. Inlays and onlays can last longer than simple fillings and can be shade matched in a similar way.

We are experienced in providing gentle and comfortable Root canal fillings in a precise manner using digital xrays. Teeth are held in the mouth by roots, at the core of each tooth is a soft mass of tissue called the pulp. Decay or injury can destroy the living pulp and can lead to infection, abscess and toothache.
Root canal treatment removes the damaged pulp and fills the space left behind, creating a sterile tooth. The tooth can then be further restored.
Without a root filling the tooth would probably have to be taken out.

Do you suffer with bleeding gums? We can help! Gum disease affects the gums and bone supporting your teeth. It begins with plaque, a soft sticky substance that builds up on the teeth. Plaque is mostly made up of bacteria, Tartar (calculus), formed by hardened plaque helps plaque to gather and makes it harder to remove. If plaque is allows to build up, the bacteria within it can make your gums sore and infected. The gums can look red and puffy, and they will probably bleed when you brush your teeth.

Because this process is often painless, it can become very bad before without you noticing. If left untreated, gum disease can lead to the loss of teeth due to mobility and/or infection..

Mould are taken and the dental technician creates the crown in the laboratory. The crown is bonded to the tooth with a dental cement. All ceramic crowns are typically chosen for their good look and strength (zirconia (LAVA by 3M))

A bridge is a dental restoration that is used to replace a missing tooth by joining permantly to adjacent teeth or dental implants. Moulds are taken and the dental technician creates the veneer in the laboratory. The bridge is bonded to the tooth by a dental cement. All ceramic bridges are typically chosen for their good look and strength (zirconia (LAVA 3M)

It is possible to transform crooked, stained, damaged or badly worn teeth into a brand new, straight, white smile with dental veneers. A veneer is a thin layer of tooth coloured material that is put onto the front of the tooth to make it look better. A very small amount of natural tooth material needs to be removed – just enough to prevent the veneer making the tooth look or feel bulky.
