My experience was very good in every way. The rooms were clean tidy and warm. Chairs in the waiting area were very comfortable. All the staff were very pleasant, kind and helpful. The receptionist was very welcoming and even offered me a coffee as there was a delay in my being called to see the dentist. The dentist was very helpful and explained everything to me in detail, his assistant was also helpful and pleasant. The treatment I received has been very good and I have no qualms in seeing Dr Grau and the staff again.
