You may remember me as the lady on chemotherapy for breast cancer, as on New Year’s Eve last you very kindly fitted me in at zero notice when I had lost a crown and did the necessary emergency work. I have been meaning to write to you to express my enormous thanks for your kind attention, which made New Year’s Eve and the days since manageable for me. I would also like to say that you are without exception the most pleasant and gentlest dentist I have ever had. Your patients are very fortunate and I wish we lived in Christchurch!
My husband and I are both extremely grateful and wish you a very happy and successful New Year.
