All choices of the treatment and their merits were explained very thoroughly and my comments and questions were dealt with, patience and understanding. The bridge work I eventually opted for was carried out expertly with appropriate medication. All necessary appointments were made to fit in with my schedule at that time.
It was reassuring to know that I could phone the surgery not only if I was in pain but also if I had any other concerns during the on going treatment. I experienced kindness and courtesy from all staff involved in the treatment.
