My experience of ‘the Highcliffe Dental Practice’ was very good. The receptionists were friendly, warm, welcoming and efficient in booking appointments and giving receipt for payment. The waiting area, full of newspapers and magazines to enjoy were lovely, but there wasn’t much time to sit and read unless you were early. The tight scheduling of appointments was excellent.
My care was marvellous and carried out to the highest standards, always with a full explanation of what was needed to be done and how it was to be achieved. I was struck by the team work at the surgery and how everyone enjoyed their work. The treatment has made a great deal of difference to me. I can smile happily and take an interest in keeping my teeth sparkling. Hopefully family and friends have noticed a big difference.
