When told over many years that I required extensive and expensive dental treatment, I kept putting it off. I have always felt nervous visiting the dentist and the idea of enduring two sessions, lasting four hours each, was frightening. Due to the erosion of the enamel on my lower front teeth, they all had to have veneers fitted. To accommodate the new veneers, I had to have new crowns on my upper front teeth, what a task to endure! I was really apprehensive and nervous. Charlotte is always friendly and welcoming. She put me at my ease, explained the procedures and worked gently and professionally, I actually felt quite relaxed during my extensive treatment which quite surprised me. Although my dental treatment was done from necessity and not for cosmetic reasons, I now find I smile much more confidently than before, when I was very conscious of the imperfections of my teeth.
I am very pleased with a job well done and the continuing treatment received.
