The quality of service and the use of up to date technology and equipment was far superior from the previous service, which had been good.
Explanations are given, information can be seen on screen and the process is outlined as treatment takes place. The use of up to date practices takes away any worries about injections and any discomfort there may have been during treatment. The assistants are well trained to work with the dentist. I have had a considerable amount of dental work since the Practice took over and can honestly say that I have been more than satisfied with the treatment from Dr Charlotte Wells and the hygienists, of course there is a cost. The charges are in line with other private practices. To sum up, if you have not attended a dental practice for several years for whatever reason, you will find a completely different service available to you, work is carried out in a very friendly, calm environment.
