It was with great trepidation that I came for my dental appointment. I am a ‘nervous’ dental patient and more especially as it was my first appointment with Dr Olivier Grau from having had Peter Alan for decades! At first the style of the waiting room felt claustrophobic but there were plenty of new magazines and the daily papers with which to keep one occupied. The receptionist chatted to me in between doing her work and I began to feel at ease.
I was greeted by Dr Olivier Grau, whose presence is very reassuring. Every step of my treatment which lasted over two months, was clearly explained to me at every stage. I was given a very clear concise answer to every question I asked and never once felt intimidated. I am delighted with all my treatment, no more anxiety of losing crowns and bridges and the whitening has much improved the appearance of my smile. I can whole heartedly endorse Dr Olivier Grau as my dentist.
