All I can say is that a visit to the dentists is not something to be eagerly awaited. However, having said that, a trip to see Charlotte at the surgery is certainly nothing to be dreaded. Beginning with reception, Pauline is very friendly and puts you at your ease early on. All of the staff I have had dealings with have been exceptionally kind and friendly.
As for Charlotte herself, I have found her to be kind, gentle and caring in explaining each and every step of the procedure, which helps to allay any fears. I would therefore, say to anyone considering becoming a patient of this surgery you need have no doubt you will receive the best possible attention and treatment. All procedures carried out on my teeth have made me move confident and eager to carry on the good work done by all at ‘the Highcliffe Dental Practice’.
