Patient Information
You will notice that we have made many changes for your safety when you come to see us:

We have installed medical grade air purifiers in both Surgeries and at Reception, these significantly reduce the potential for transmission of infection.

The staff will be wearing enhanced PPE for certain appointment types and there will be a surcharge of £36 whilst these guidelines remain in place.

There is no increase in treatment charges however.

We no longer have magazines, newspapers or flowers.

We only accept card payment

The toilet facilities are not available

Please press the practice buzzer when you arrive.

You will remain outside the building until a member of staff will collect you. During busy periods we will not be able to come out to you immediately, please be patient

Please can you provide and wear a face covering before entering the premises. Please continue to wear this unless in the dental chair.

Reception staff will come out to see you, take your temperature and bring you in to the building.

Please avoid touching any door handles as there will be a staff member to collect you outside the building and to escort you into the dental practice.

You will also be asked to use hand sanitiser before entering the practice.

You will then be asked to maintain the social distancing in place and take a seat.

Keep your belongings with you please, you will be asked to place them inside a covered box within the surgery.
